I placed my order online and arrived at the store, and was told that they could not make my order because that person had left. I asked for a refund and was told they couldn't do that either.
I asked for corporate's number and was told they did not have that either.
I can understand staffing issues, but my order was for a special occasion, and if my order was canceled, or if I was told that the store couldn't fulfill my order, I would have spent my money somewhere else. I will reach out to the store directly tomorrow.

The Tanger outlet store for a great American cookies yawls manager or GM name Teddy Every morning she comes in there. The whole store is covered in a weed smell.
She always leaves the store unattended. She allows people to eat cookies and pretzels, and she also allowed one of the employees to bring their little sister in to make them cookies to take home for free one of the days I was there.
There was a huge line customers walking out because no one was helping. I hear nothing but disrespect from the Teddy girl also fired one of her employees for being in a car wreck.
